   order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions
3. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 
   3-5 business days to your original payment method

CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted
- Damaged or defective items are always eligible for 
  a full refund or free replacement, regardless of timeframe

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, 
contact us immediately at mypupbuddy.store@gmail.com 
with your order number and a photo. We'll send a 
replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours.
